FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100! 

The cost for standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.95. Orders $100 or more qualify for free shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS.

Local Delivery: We offer FREE local delivery to customers with a shipping address in the 18020, 18017, 18018 and 18045 postal codes. Simply click on the local delivery option at checkout and your order will be delivered in 1-2 business days! 

Orders cannot be modified or canceled after checkout.

Our goal is to ship your orders as quickly as possible! Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. 

Standard shipping typically arrives 2-8 business days (Monday-Friday, not including holidays). There may be delays due to weather, holidays, and USPS delays that are beyond our control. 

We do not ship outside of the United States.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk mail folder or contact us at

Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. Any orders returned to us as undeliverable will be reshipped at an additional cost.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Return Policy

We hope you love what you ordered! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please note a $5.95 return shipping fee will automatically be deducted from your refund.

- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

- All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Please ensure any items that you are returning are unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Items that have signs of wear, alteration, damage, makeup, deodorant or similar product stains will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

- All SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. 

- All intimates, swimwear, accessories (including, hats, jewelry, sunglasses, and hair accessories) and items under the SALE tab are NOT eligible for return.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed and your refund is issued. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect the condition of the item(s) and process the return. Refunds may take several business days to reflect on your account, depending on your financial institution and/or billing cycle.


In the event of an incorrect or damaged item, please send us an email at within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Include your order number and photos of the defective item.

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and you will be responsible for shipping costs if returned. 

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care/handling or incorrect sizing.


Please review our return policy to ensure your return meets our requirements. To initiate a return, click here and follow the steps below:

- Complete the return form and include a copy inside your return package. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with step-by-step instructions and a pre-paid return label to print and use to send back your return.

- The $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

- Securely pack your item(s), in the original packaging if possible, and affix the pre-paid return label. Ensure all previous shipping labels have been removed from the package.

- Drop your package off at any USPS mailbox or Post Office.

- Keep an eye on your return tracking. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your return.

If you do not wish to use the pre-paid return label, you may use the shipping carrier of your choice and will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
